These terms apply to anyone who uses imasyourleague.com or takes part in iMasyour League activities: community sessions, classes, events, jersey purchases, the iMasyour Hoops game, and the iMasyourLeague Assistant.

This is a translation for convenience. If it differs from the Indonesian version, the Indonesian version applies.

Organizer and language.

iMasyour League is run by Irvan Masyur-Sutan, operating from Gelanggang Remaja Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The Indonesian version governs; translations are provided for convenience.

Nature of the information on this site.

The website provides information about community activities: regular game schedules, women's sessions, classes, age-group programs, internal standings, and event services. Information may change; changes outside the weekly pattern are announced by the organizers. Confirm your session before you come.

Registering for sessions and classes.

Sending a message via WhatsApp, email, phone, or Instagram is an inquiry, not a booking. Your spot is confirmed once the organizers reply.
New participants fill in a session registration form with an injury-risk acknowledgement, an emergency contact, and a separate photo consent.
Participants under 18 must include a parent's or guardian's consent and signature.
Listed capacity, for example a maximum of 10 participants for the fundamentals class, is the group limit, not the number of spots left. Saving a session to your calendar does not hold a spot.

Fees, cancellations, and session refunds.

Regular game fees are listed per session in the schedule. The class at GOR Mampang Prapatan (Kemang) costs Rp135.000. No payments are processed on this website.
If the organizers cancel a session (for example, the venue is unavailable), participants who have paid get a full refund or move to another session, as they choose.
If a participant cancels, any refund or transfer follows the terms given by the organizers when payment is confirmed.
Jersey purchases follow the jersey purchase policy.

Health, risk, and responsibility.

Basketball carries a risk of injury. By joining a session you confirm you are fit to exercise, tell the organizers about any relevant medical condition or injury, and stop if you feel unable to continue.

The organizers provide a referee and first aid at every session and remain responsible for losses caused by their own negligence. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during activities.

Conduct on court.

Play fair and respect other participants, including new players and beginners.
Follow venue rules, the House Rules (in Indonesian), and the organizers' directions, and take care of the facilities owned by the venue operators.
Harassment, intimidation, and discrimination of any kind are not accepted.

The organizers may end a person's participation if these terms are broken.

Child participants and age groups.

Children are registered and accompanied by a parent or guardian. Age-group eligibility follows the regulations of the tournament edition in force. Any proof-of-age documents are requested by the organizers at registration, together with their purpose.

Photos and videos.

Activities may be documented for official content. Publishing photos or videos in which you are clearly identifiable requires the photo consent on the registration form, and for children a parent's consent. You can withdraw consent or ask for content to be taken down at any time through our official channels.

Referee services for events.

iMasyour League referees are community referees, not PERBASI-licensed referees. Referee services for companies or event organizers are governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, cancellation, and liability. Crowd permits and venue permits for a client's event are the event organizer's responsibility.

Member accounts, game, and credits.

When member accounts open: accounts are personal and may not be transferred; the minimum age for an own account is 13, with parental consent until 18; children under 13 can only take part through a Kid Profile in a Family Account managed by a parent or guardian. Credits in iMasyour Hoops are game points with no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, or exchanged for money, and may be corrected if obtained by cheating. Booking a session through an account requires accepting the injury-risk statement and giving an emergency contact; for teens aged 13–17, a parent or guardian's consent. Attendance is recorded by the session coordinator. When a session is full, members can join the waitlist and are booked automatically in order when a place frees up. Service emails (confirmation, waitlist, reminder, session off) go to the account email; the reminder can be turned off.

iMasyourLeague Assistant.

The Assistant is an AI that answers from website data. Its answers can be wrong and are not medical, legal, or financial advice. Binding schedules, prices, and availability are those confirmed by the organizers.

Content, trademarks, and external links.

The iMasyour League name, logo, and official materials belong to the organizers. Do not use them to claim affiliation, agency, or official endorsement without written permission. The website includes links to and content from third-party platforms whose policies we do not control.

Complaints.

Complaints about sessions, orders, or personal data can be sent to irvan@imasyourleague.com or WhatsApp +62 896-9105-7195. We respond within 3 working days and aim to settle matters amicably.

Changes to these terms.

These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one on this page with its update date. See also the Privacy Policy.
