Adult Fundamental & Training Class

Adult basketball classes at GOR Mampang Prapatan (Kemang), South Jakarta.

Beginner-friendly and open to men and women. Each session runs 2 hours with 4–10 players so the coach can evaluate every individual.

Includes: court, coach, balls, drill equipment, videographer.

Fundamentals curriculum.

Ball handling

Ball control, dribbling, and coordination to build your foundation.

Shooting

Body position and shooting mechanics as the base for consistent shooting.

Defense & basketball IQ

Defensive stance, court awareness, and reading the play to make decisions on the court.

Understanding game concepts, physical fundamentals and footwork, basic drills, and basic shooting technique.

Intermediate

Intermediate

Refining shooting form, team tactical concepts, transition play, and consistent shooting from multiple spots.

Pro (Athlete)

High-intensity advanced training, situational decision-making, and conditioning drills for official competition.

Each session follows the theme set for that date. You can still request a focus area with the coach before the session starts.

Do you have basketball classes for kids?

Not yet. Kids' classes and iMasyour Elite Academy for age groups are still Coming Soon. The class currently running is iMasyour Elite for adults, every Saturday 18:00–20:00 WIB.

Is the adult class good for beginners?

Yes. The Adult Fundamental & Training Class at GOR Mampang Prapatan (Kemang) is beginner-friendly and open to men and women. Each session holds up to 10 players so the coach can evaluate everyone, with a minimum of 4 for the class to run. Levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Pro (Athlete).

When is the adult fundamentals class and how much is it?

Weekly slot at GOR Mampang Prapatan (Kemang), South Jakarta: every Saturday 18:00–20:00 WIB, 2 hours per session. Fee Rp135.000 per session, paid upfront to lock in your spot.

What's the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be confirmed before 15:00 WIB on the day of the class. Cancelling after that, or not showing up without notice, forfeits your payment since your spot was already locked in.

What will I learn, and how do I sign up?

Ball handling, shooting, defense, and basketball IQ. Fill out the form to prepare a message, then send it via Instagram DM. Your spot is confirmed once the organizers reply.
